The most important feature of our machine is that it works very fast. Thanks to the special motion systems we use in bridge operation, it can reach 70 m / min movement speed. Thanks to the highly sensitive air system designed by our R & D team, the flights of the abrasive plates can be adjusted very precisely and dynamically. Polishing spindles are made of special casting material and are positioned in the center of the bridge. In this way, a perfect balance and vibration reduction during the working is aimed. Thanks to these systems, the machine can polish the corners and edges of the slab perfectly even the slabs with very fragile structure are finely polished.
In the slab scanning system, special sensors are used instead of the switch system, which is an old system. Thanks to the special conveyor belt used in the machine, even curvy stones can be polished.
Automatic lubrication system in our machine is controlled by PLC. Thanks to the lubrication systems we use, all heads are evenly lubricated.
