to present our Automatic Marble Calibrating and Trimming Machine to the appreciation of our customers at the Natural Stone and Technologies Fair held in İzmir this year and it was one of the favorite machines of the fair.
Automatic Marble Calibrating and Polishing Machine performs the calibrating and polishing process of tiles and strips. Different numbers of calibrating and polishing heads can be added according to the process to be performed. It can be produced in different working widths upon request. This highly efficient machine is designed for calibrating and polishing of Strips / Tiles. The standard working width of the machine is 65 cm. The working width can be changed upon request. Calibrating and polishing machines are the result of our many years of experience, powered by special technology, reaching high production speeds while reducing production and maintenance costs. The machine chassis does not vibrate during operation, resulting in better polish quality and long working life. The belt working surface is precisely machined with CNC machines in one pass to achieve complete flatness. The belt working surface is coated with stainless steel sheet as standard to prevent surface abrasion that may occur on the chassis over a long period of time.
In order for the wiping quality to be perfect, first of all, the calibrating unit must be manufactured and
assembled in a quality, easy and precisely adjustable manner. The bridge to which the calibrating units are connected is designed in such a way that it can carry the loads on it and absorb the vibrations arising during the calibrating process. The polishing bridge is made of very strong and one-piece steel plates and is processed in one go on our CNC machines and no intervention is made afterwards. As with our other machines in our production, the manufacturing process of calibrating and polishing machines proceeds as welding shop, machining, sandblasting, coating, painting and assembly respectively. The part, which is completely finished from our CNC machines, is not welded again and hole etc. processes are not applied. Thus, the precision in our machines is reflected in our polish quality.”
Multi-Saw Granite Block Cutting Machine
Explaining that the “Multi-Saw Block Cutting Machine” and “4 Foot Double Vertical Double Horizontal Block Cutting Machine” that we have produced for hard stones such as granite etc. respond to the needs of the sector, Ahmet Mutlu said, “Multi-Saw Block Cutting Machine is produced in 2 different types as MTL27 and
MTL64. Our MTL27 Multi-Saw Block Cutting Machine is PLC controlled and has 160 kw main engine power. Maximum 1800 mm diameter saw is used. Cutting thickness is optional. Stating that it can make free length cutting in 650 mm width with 27 saws for 20 mm, Mutlu said, “Our MTL64 Multi-Saw Block Cutting Machine is also PLC controlled and has 250kw main engine power. Maximum 1400 mm diameter saw is used. Cutting thickness is optional. With 64 saws for 20 mm, it can make free length cutting in 450 mm width.
Both machines can perform vertical cutting. For horizontal cutting, our robotic horizontal undercut
machine fully meets the demands of our customers. Our machines, which work as a line in the form of a ring
system with transfer trolleys, have minimized the loss of time and manpower. Our Multi-Saw Block Cutting Machines and Robotic Horizontal Undercutting Machine do not require manpower during operation.
