RPM Machinery, operating in the construction machinery sector since 1967, produced and exported spare parts of construction machinery in 1992. The company, which inspired many companies with this initiative, launched Torksan Makina in 2011. Giving information about the companies, the owner of Torksan Machinery Rıdvan Polat said, “We have become a strong brand in the supply of alternative spare parts of construction machines. My father Mr. Demir Ali Polat’s construction equipment production and export started in 1992 has made our company an ecole”.
The company operates in Ankara İvedik Organized Industrial Zone in the fields of torque converter, hydraulic coupling, transmission pump production, complete machine maintenance revision and spare parts supply for construction machinery, forklifts, rock trucks, marble cutting machines. Working with about 20 customers abroad and about 100 in Turkey, the aim of Torksan Machinery is to accelerate the Turkish market in the short term and to be a supplier for Original Equipment Manufacturer such as Cat Komatsu Volvo in the long-term.
