Alligator ®,processes the surfaces in the form of wave perfectly through 4,5,6 head solutions. Increasing number of head allows gaining of fast production and quality surfaces. Just as various Toksel brand machines, Alligator ® offers a lot of features such as self-oiling in wavy profile, dense stainless material, remote access, intervene, reporting, remote tracking, warning and alarm.
As well as including certified materials, materials used in Alligator ® are subject to incoming quality control by Toksel quality management department. Raw materials processed in limited processing bench, are coloured in high techology surface plating line. Alligator ® which undergoes the tests and mechanical operations that are taking place in 12.000 square meter facility, comes into use immediately after last quality controls.
