Double compact storage solution 1000 slabs

The concertina racking systems produced by MISTRELLO have been specifically designed for the storage of natural stone, quartz and ceramic slabs. These machines are four times more compact than the traditional systems and exploit all available space thanks to the bellow-type closure. They are extremely user-friendly and loading (storage) and unloading (picking) can be done quickly and SAFELY without risk of error. Each machine is powered by a motor (0.75 kW) and a gear reducer. Mistrello’s range of concertina racking systems can be infinitely tailored to exactly match each specific requirement of customization.

Each rack moves along a pair of sand-blasted “H profile” rails through 4 wheels per strut (for a total of 8), which are made of S355 steel and are equipped with 12 ball bearings. Each rack is supplied with protective guards over the wheels.

ULTRAMATIC 5000 HANDLING SOLUTION

Automatic movable stock selector (gantry crane) rotation, shifting slab from one element to another, remnant automatic management.

 This project also includes the automatic buffer system which can host and sort remnants in line.

Each slot of the automatic buffer system (single line/ slot) is able to host up to 5 remnants

in line with a minimum dimension of 800(w)mm x 450(h)mm each. The system can also be

provided in the two-level version to double the remnants capacity.
