GRANIT 2100XR polishing machine is the basic machine in the polishing lines recommended by GMS. Daily production schedule can be planned
The GRANIT 2100XR is highly efficient and fast in daily production. It saves energy with its intelligent motor and systemic wiping heads. The wiping heads are prepared to move through the sensors, which warn that the stone is coming in at the entrance of the machine. Heads do not move unless they see the approaching stone and this eliminates unnecessary energy consumption. With the GRANIT 2100XR, it is possible to pre-program how many m² of stone can be polished per day.
PLC controlled automatic system provides ease in loading and unloading process
PLC provides ease in loading and unloading of granite plates with controlled automatic system. The plate-loading unit is equipped with an absorbent retainer frame comprising a hydraulic system for unstacking the plates. The loading unloading unit is equipped with strong vacuums that hold the plate during the slope stage. Both of the machines are operated by a redactor motion system on the rails fixed to the ground. All materials used in the GRANIT 2100XR are products that pass through the inspection and testing phase. GMS starts a comprehensive test and trial phase starts when the operation is finished. As a result of the test and trial phases, the machines are shipped.
The GRANIT 2100XR can be remotely fixed in case of all kinds of problems.
GMS Machinery representatives state that they can solve all kinds of mechanical or software problems by a remote connection mode and they can solve all non-mechanical software & program problems with remote intervention. The representatives say that, if the problem is mechanical and requires a change of parts, the service personnel takes the required piece to the factory where tha machine operates and re-runs tha machined quickly. As stated by the representatives all GMS machines can be controlled by remote connection system.
