In our interview with SNBK MACHINERY’s business manager İlker Şenbak, who is known for his success in the sector, we discussed the company’s story and future vision in detail.
What is the foundation story of your company and how did you positioned your company in the sector?
We have been maintaining our 40 years of experience since 2019 under the name SNBK MACHINERY with a new vision and quality understanding. By adopting quality and customer satisfaction as the basic principle, we have gained a permanent place in the sector with the trust we have provided to many valuable customers at home and abroad.
What are the core values of your company and how are these values reflected in the design and production processes of your products?
As Snbk Machinary family, our most fundamental value is that we adopt the word quality as a principle. The fact that we carry out the entire production process with great care and precision by closely following technological developments adds positive value in every aspect of the production process.
Can you tell us about your approach to research and development? What is the idea process behind your innovative products?
In our company, products such as hydraulic tensioner systems of the gangsaw machines, gangsaw tongs, hydraulic hand pump, hydraulic pressure gauge, which require great attention to precision and quality standards that need to be constantly improved and monitored, are produced with great care. Therefore, every raw material and consumable used during the production process is continuously researched and steps are taken to improve them.
What is the prominent product or product series of your company? What kind of innovations does this product/series offer? Can you write with its features?
Our company manufactures hydraulic tensioning units of gangsaw machines in sizes such as 100 blade-80 blade-70 blade-50 blade -40 blade -40 blade and 35 blade with high precision with 1st class steel and consumables.
Our products remain in tests for more than 48 hours over high pressures such as 600 bar, demonstrating product quality. In addition, the quality of our certified steel materials that we procure from various regions of Europe with special alloys that we use in our gangsaw tongs is also very important.
In which markets do you operate and who are your target customers?
We continue to work with a large part of the marble factories that have a domestic gangsaw machine, and our exports to countries such as Libya, Algeria, Iran, Greece, Egypt, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Yemen continue steadily.
How does your company contribute to the sector and how does it make a difference compared to other companies in the sector?
Our company contributes to the sector with its products that offer long life and efficiency in production, our customers cutting better quality marble blocks and positive effects due to quality in terms of time.
