Brtish Architects Prefer Turkish Stones
EMİB’s President Mevlüt Kaya said that 10 Aegean natural stone companies that have participated in the “Development of Design Based Exports in Processed Natural Stone Sector” project, came together with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the United Kingdom of Great Britain Abdurrahman Bilgiç, Commercial Principal Councellor M. Süleyman Beşli and Commercial Councellor S.Aytuğ Göksu to discuss the potentials in the British market. Kaya said: “The meeting of our companies with the British architects was highly fruitful. They promoted Turkish stones, received information about architectural projects and discussed about collaboration opportunities. British architects have their signs under very prominent projects around the world. Thus, this meeting should not only be considered specific to the British market only. The projects of British architects that will be made in Britain and the world in the coming periods will be adorned with Turkish natural stones.”
