The President of Turkish Marble Mineral Foundation Ersoy Erol Has Restored Trust

Turkish Marble Mineral Foundation, which works towards the increasing the promotion and use of Turkish natural stones and minerals in international markets held an extraordinary congress. The new board of directors was also identified at the congress, where Ersoy Erol, Chairman of the Foundation, was reelected the president again.

Works will be accelerated

Ersoy Erol, who delivered a speech after the congress, thanked to all members of the foundation for their support. Stating that they will continue to act as a bridge between the employer and the employees as the roof organization of the industry, Erol noted that they would accelerate the work to increase the awareness and use of Turkish natural stones and minerals in international markets in the next period.

“We Will Protect Our Leadership”

Erol expressed that they will endeavor to diversify their export opportunities in the period when Turkey is threatened with various sanctions. Erol said: “Our sector, which has grown up with its economy, has undertaken a pioneering role.  Now we have to work towards raising and diversifying the added value of our products. We will continue to introduce Turkish natural stones and marble throughout the world.”

Good News about New Projects

Erol said: “We will take a leading part in solving the legal problems of the mineral producers. We will try to better explain ourselves to the public with our projects such as the forestation and do our best to destroy the image of ‘enemy of environment’ which is unfairly mentioned for our sector.” Erol, announced that the foundation, which carries out the mentioned social responsibility projects in the previous term, gave the good news that new projects will be realized in the future.
