Big 5 Construct Egypt 2023 fair was held in Cairo as Egypt’s most important construction industry event. The fair became a platform where more than 300 exhibitors from 30 countries presented their latest products, services and technologies to the visitors. A series of conferences and workshops on sustainable construction, smart cities and infrastructure development were also held at the fair. Marble manufacturers from Turkey also participated in the fair and exhibited their marble, granite, travertine, mosaic, stone and other natural stone products.
Big 5 Construct, held in Cairo between 19-21 June 2023, Egypt 2023, was the leading international event for the construction industry in Egypt. The fair offered a platform where more than 300 companies from 21 countries exhibited a wide range of products and services, attracting the attention of more than 20,000 construction companies from Egypt and around the world.
The fair, held under the auspices of Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, was a powerful catalyst to take Egypt’s construction industry to new heights.
The three-day event featured a series of conferences and workshops on topics such as sustainable construction, smart cities and infrastructure development. There was also a section where marble, granite, travertine, mosaic, stone and other natural stone products were exhibited. As Turkish Stone World Magazine, we were together with the marble producers from Turkey. We observed the potential of the marble sector in the Egyptian market.
The fair was opened by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Ahmed Samir Saleh. During the fair, up-to-date reports on the emerging Sunday of Egypt were published, and 90 sessions were held with the participation of 160 speakers.
Participating companies stated that they were satisfied with the organization of the fair and the business opportunities. They were particularly impressed by the strong interest from Egyptian buyers, with many reporting new deals or partnerships during the event.
The success of the Big 5 Construct Egypt 2023 is a clear sign that the Egyptian construction industry is on the rise. The fair provided a valuable platform for enterprises to network, learn about the latest trends and supply new products and services. At the same time, it showed international investors the potential of Egypt to become a significant construction market.
