CFTC Group founded Chimado Natural Stone, one of the new companies in the sector, in 2017. Chimado Natural Stone have been operating in the sector with its 2 quarries in Elmalı town of Antalya. The company, which produces the Elmalı Beige and Cappuccino stones, is planning to activate its third quarry in a near future. Mustafa Çiftçi, the General Manager of the Company, said: “We are aware of our responsibilities for the development of marble sector. In line with these responsibilities, we are working hard to contribute to the development of our sector.”
Our target export amount is 50 thousand tons
Chimado exports its products obtained from its quarries with a capacity of 52 thousand tons annually to China, Iran and Lebanon. The Middle Eastern countries are among the target markets of the company. Mustafa Çiftçi said: “We aim to export 50 thousand tons of stone annually. We currently have two quarries that we actively operate. We are planning to operate our licensed sites in Adana and Eskişehir along with our third quarry in Elmalı, Antalya. We will introduce our company and promote our products in India / Jaipur, China / Ximen and Izmir Marble Fairs.”
